Sure, I have kids and sometimes time is not on my hands, but I should be at least able to follow bathing rituals and before bedtime rituals, which I.Really.Dont. I often forget to wash my face at night specially, and put on my night cream (which is something I really need because I'm stressed out the whole day).
This is why I've decided that before I jump into any major life changing stuff, I should at least be able to get my routines down and not miss one. I don't know how to do this yet because my biggest drawback is that when I have a lot of things to do, I do tend to forget my rituals. Post-it notes and To-do-lists don't really work for me either.
Will update as soon as I find a foolproof way to make me remember stuff :)
